With over 20 years of coaching experience, I walk beside leaders as they discover clarity and strength within themselves. My role is not to provide answers, but to help reveal the wisdom and resources that already exist. Transformation often comes quietly—through awareness, presence, and the courage to shift.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that each individual carries a unique essence and potential. True growth emerges when leaders reconnect with their inner power, align with their values, and express their individuality authentically. This journey of self-discovery allows them to contribute more meaningfully to their teams, organisations, and communities.

I support leaders in reshaping patterns, elevating their impact, and embodying authentic presence. My approach integrates the rigor of executive experience with the depth of meditation, Buddhism, and the science of body awareness—creating a systemic path where practical leadership meets inner mastery. A key part of this work is helping leaders sense the quality of data within and around them, notice subtle shifts in their environment, and transform information into wisdom through reflection and application.

Listening deeply—to oneself and to others—is central to this process. It opens space for diverse perspectives, strengthens trust, and allows insights to surface from unexpected places. This practice enriches decision-making, fosters resilience, and creates a leadership presence that inspires and uplifts teams.

Having lived and worked in Asia, the US, and Europe, I bring a global perspective shaped by my experience as a corporate executive and entrepreneur in the luxury industry, and my work with leading companies such as LVMH, Chanel, Cartier, L’Oréal, Shiseido, and Sanofi. This background informs my systemic approach, which recognises the interconnectedness of all elements within an ecosystem—whether a team, an organisation, or a broader community.

What inspires me most is witnessing leaders return to their center—calm, grounded, and clear—because it is from this place that true influence and wise decisions naturally flow. Coaching, for me, is a shared journey where challenges become doorways, hidden strengths emerge, and inner alignment creates lasting impact. Leadership begins within, and a centered leader has the power to shape the whole with wisdom, compassion, and vision.
