I work with the understanding that an organisation, like an ecosystem, is a complex, interconnected network. The leader is not a separate commander, but a vital node within this web. The quality of their presence—their consciousness, empathy, and authenticity—fundamentally shapes the health and intelligence of the whole.

Transition Coaching: Preparation to the shift into a new position
We will work together to create a clear roadmap for the transition and make sure that the majority of pitfalls are identified, a clear strategy for 30 / 60 and 90 days defined and put in place systems to measure progress and impact.

The container for this work is a purposeful and supportive partnership designed to facilitate lasting change.
The Core: 12 sessions of 1:1 coaching (50 minutes each) conducted over a maximum of 8 months.
The Arc: Our journey will move organically from self-discovery (your authentic voice) to skilful expression (your presence) to systemic influence (your place in the ecosystem).
The Foundation: Our conversations are supported by frameworks from systemic coaching and a deep respect for the whole person—integrating mindfulness and somatic awareness to access deeper knowing and bring critical "unknown data" to the surface.
